COVID-19 Situation Update

Arrangements from 2nd December onwards

With the updated rules from the Welsh Government coming into effect on Friday 4th December, we are no longer able to offer in-store events.

We still aren't be allowing in-store browsing at this point, and will continue to operate our service-at-the-counter approach, with a maximum of 2 customers in the sales area at a time. You'll be able to step inside and view from a distance our Board Games and TCG ranges, ask for advice on what to purchase, tell us what you want and we'll bring your items to you. We're more than happy to bring over swathes of products for you to look at (but not touch), and for our War-games and Role-Playing Games ranges that's the only option as we could only make our remote-browsing area so big...

We'd prefer it if you paid by card/contactless payment, but we're not going to say no to cash in a pinch.

Our online store will continue to operate as normal, with in-store collection resuming from Tuesday 10th November. Click-and-collect orders will be ready for collection a minimum of 20 minutes after they have been placed.
